For the third year in a row, Karen from My Desert Cottage is hosting "Where Women Create 2011".
This usually takes over a week to go and visit and take in all of the wonderful and inspiring places, large and small..... This year she has over three hundred participants!!!! Isn't that amazing! It's going to take weeks to get around, but think of all the fun, come and join everyone and be inspired! Enjoy my little sewing room photos......
Sometimes I take along one of sewing baskets...

Lots of ribbon and lace...

I love your space. It is really soft and inspiring. I also really like the music you have chosen. I usually turn off the sound, but this is the perfect music to read by.

What a beautiful studio you have! It's so great the way you've organized your supplies and treasures.
I noticed your sewing machine. The NH6000 was my first ever computer sewing machine; was also my favorite. Alas, it no longer worked, so I had to get another NH.
Thank you for the tour of your creative space, I'm sure you spend some fun times there.
Hope all is well with you, dear one!

Look at that sewing room..... Beautiful! Just checking on you and wonder how you are.... It has been such a terrible summer with temps hotter than I can remember.. I have lost most of my landscape and not sure if I will replace some of it. Seems that Oklahoma is turning into a desert..... I need to plant things that are drought resistant... Box woods and such..... Anyway, just wonder how you are and wanted to stop by and send my hugs....
I admire all of your collections.
