Different than all of ours.. ginger..rolling in sugar..thank you..the little photo doesn't appear for me..but I am sure they are beautiful..
Oh Margaret I would love some of those, but since finding out I am diabetic I would not dare have those around. I am not strongwilled enough to stay away from them. Most of our grands live away and not here often.
So nice to visit with you. Love your music selections.

Yumm, choc chips are my FAV!! I use the recipe on the Nestle's package :) but next time I make them I'll have to try yours.
BUT I am 7 pounds away from my goal, I've lost 30 so far, so no cookies for me!!!

Dear Margaret,
You can't beat a nice home baked chocolate chip cookie. I think they are an all time favourite and will probably bake them in the weekend.
Thanks for sharing the recipe.
I am just going to go and bake a carrot cake for my DH's birthday on Monday.
Happy weekend

Oh, yum!!! Not only do they sound delicious but your picture is delicious, too. Hugs, Diane
I will have to get my son to make these. They sound so yummy to have with a cup of coffee or hot tea. Everybody likes Chocolate Chip cookies. I have been lucky tonight in getting to leave my comments. Some nights they are not that way they would just keep taking me back to sign in even though I was already signed in. Have a great weekend. Your Missouri Friend.
Margaret....these are really unusual chocolate chip cookies! I love the idea of the ginger (I have used cinnamon) and rolling them in confectioners sugar. Can't wait to try.
What a neat recipe! I'll have to try it when I get back home.
