I'm a total carbaholic. Any weight gain I've experienced over my nearly 32 years of marriage is due to one thing and one thing only...BREAD!

Yummy! Yummy! Miss MB! I would sooo love to sink my teeth into this TREAT!

That bread looks so yummy I wish I could reach into the blog & swipe a piece! But then, of course, I'd HAVE to take a little of the jam as well. And - you knew this was coming - I'd NEED to grab a jar of peaches for later! It all looks WONDERFUL, Margaret! And it also seems as though you are recovering beautifully! I'M GLAD!

Your creations look SO good, especially the jam. I can just smell that bread right through the computer screen and there's noting like canned peaches sitting on the counter to make you feel very industrious and squirrelish. Yummy post Margaret. Diane

To make some peach jam I'd have to stop eating them fresh first. They are so sweet and juicy. We have a customer that brings them to us...lucky us.
Your bread looks amazing too. Just started making our own bread too.
Enjoy your time with your kids.

Oh Margaret, you are so kind to visit me! And to enjoy the photos....those two flavors have to be my summer favorites, but this peach/vanilla thing you have going is also a well-loved combo! When I was in France, I couldn't get enough of the peaches and I even had peach wine...WOOOOOOOOO! Lovely.

Enjoy EVERYTHING that the end of summer has to offer you dearest. Anita

Oh my gosh!!!!!! That looks good enough to eat! I just thought I would stay on my raw food today!

I have two beautiful apple trees on my land and this year they have just fallen to the ground..... I hope to do better next year...... We have a peach festival every year about 15 miles from me and I did not even get over there this year........ soooooo I guess I will just have to stop by once in a while and have tea and toast with jam .

Oh, I so agree, Margaret! Nothing like the scent of it baking! It's almost that time of year to get my bread machine out. No, haven't made it by hand in years. :-(
Adding you to my favorites! :-)

Hi Margaret, I love homemade bread fresh out of the oven with some butter with the peach jam, or strawberry. My mom would always make homemade bread if she knew we were coming. It would come out of the oven just as we were arriving. So yummy. I hope you are feeling o.k. It is getting late and I need to hit the sack as the saying goes. Take care. Your Missouri Friend
