Fresh air and a whole day to play.......

The windows are wide open, the air is fresh and crisp.... I am waiting for my grandchildren to come visit........ it is so beautiful outside and I have the whole day ahead of me......... I pulled out my wooden tray that holds some of my many projects..... hmmmmm.... I think I will knit some cuffs, maybe add a flower or two..... a button, or maybe a rose from some muslin that has been dyed pink and stamped with a french word or two.....
What are you doing today?

When my daughter and her children get here we are going out for dinner (the Dutchman, his cousin and I have birthdays) to celebrate and then off to see "Alice"!!!!!!!

Hello - Today I am not knitting. And if I were, it would not look as lovely or as delicate as your project. That is if I knew how to knit. Enjoy Alice! We will see it sometime soon - I hope. Who will babysit the bears, I wonder? The mad hatter??

Have a great weekend!

Have a great day with the grand kids!!

It is beautiful (50+ I think) here as well!! Leah & I just finished the cleanup of the front flower beds, and now are going to have lunch, then finish reading The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe - then I promised her we could watch the movie after dinner.

Your cuffs look so pretty and delicate! Love them!

Sounds like a wonderful day, Margaret! Happy Birthday to everyone! : ) Your knitting looks so delicate ~ very lacy looking and pretty. "Alice" should be wonderful. I'm looking forward to seeing that myself.

Your knitting starts to be beautiful! I worked on my blog project 'a collection of...' and I prepared a little tutorial how to wrap your plant in fabric, I told you about that before, it is finally scheduled for tomorrow!
Have a great weekend!
