Could it get any worse?

This is just the way things went, from bad to worse..... I feel sick, my Lupus is acting up, I am behind in everything, I lost my list........ I burnt the shortbread and I am so tired...... where are those elves? I think I am going to bed and start over!

Oh Sweet Friend...this stinks! I wish I lived closer, I'd love to help you out...even though I could use a few elves myself!

This is crazy time, trying to get it all done...take a deep breath, count your blessings...it will all come together.

Big (((HUG))) to you!!

My mother said that things always look worse when you don't feel good. So start with the obvious. Go and get some rest, baby yourself for a while, forget it all. It will be better. Sending love. Diane

Bless your heart, sweet girl! The most important thing is to take care of you...the rest can and will wait. Your health is the most important...like the others, I wish I lived closer to you to help you....just think of all the little elves that would love to help you now...that has to make you smile!

Blessings,
Lynn♥

Hi Margaret,

Sorry to hear that you have not been feeling well ~ please take care of yourself and get some rest.
It is such a busy time of the year.
I could do with some Elfs here too.

Hugs
Carolyn

I am so sorry that you are feeling yucky! And so sorry about the burnt shortbread......

I had a big pile of Christmas cards on my desk the other day and yours was among them..... I knew that it needed two stamps instead of one and I never gave it another thought.. I put stamps on that pile and put them in the box!!!!! Your card went out with one stamp.... I am guessing it will come back to me or go to never never land!

BUT your card looked just like the headed on my blog...... sooooooo I wish you a Merry Christmas.... and a New Year filled with the joys that only Jesus can bring....

You poor dear! I really do wish we lived closer so I could bring over a pot of hot soup for you! Relax for a day or two and you can always catch up later. You need to feel better, my friend.

Yes sweet Margaret do as Karyn says and breath. Wish I too could send you an elf or two but they skipped out on me long before the holidays started.
Sorry your having all this going on and your Lupus too. I have fibromyalgia and it acts up a lot this time of the year. HANG in there. Go enter my giveaway and sit down for a while.
What you don't get done you can do it next Christmas. Right

I'm sorry you're having a bad day. I'd give a hug if I could. I have to admit something now to try to make you feel better. I really like burnt things like your shortbread. In fact, that looks perfectly done to me .. not quite black but almost there. Yes, it's perfect! :) of course, I don't burn my things on purpose, but I know that if I do happen to ... it will be savored by ME and ME only!
Since I'm not there to savor it, throw it out for the birds. They will love you for it.
Hope tomorrow is better for you, dear blog friend.

Hey sweetness. The shortbread still looks good to me! Take care of yourself first. That's the most important thing and all anyone really wants anyway is for their friend to be healthy and happy. Sending you a hug to get better soon and for a little extra strength.
Love ya,
